Well, what forms a healthy eating for teens is a major thing of worry for parents. Certainly you are not going to count calorie by calorie the food you are giving to your child. The common sense says that “healthy eating for teens” means “no restriction nutritious diet” if the child is not suffering from obesity or any other chronic disease.
